Hire our E-Mountain Bikes and enjoy the ease of biking around the Port Lincoln region. Ideal for off-road trails but equally comfortable for around city paths.
Port Lincoln and the surrounds are a bike lovers’ paradise. You can enjoy trails in the National Parks, along coastal areas or city paths, visiting the highlights of the region from nature to wineries, seafood to one of the most scenic lookouts in South Australia. It's a great way to feel connected and immersed in the region. You will be amazed how much further and faster you can go, and how effortless climbing any hills with our E-Mountain Bikes are.
HALF DAY OPTIONS
Only have limited time, then a half day option is for you.
FULL DAY OPTIONS
Want to spend the day at your own pace, then the full day option is for you - 9.00am – 5.00pm.
For those wanting to explore further, you can also Hire –
- Universal bike rack that fits on your tow Ball. This bike rack will fit most cars and carry up to 2 E-Bikes - $40 per hire.
- Tailgate Pads are thick, foam-filled pads that fold over the tailgate of your Ute. The E-Bikes sits with the front wheel and fork outside the tailgate, resting on the top tube - $20 per hire.
PLEASE NOTE - Your pick-up time is 9.00am (unless you have pre-arranged a different time). It is IMPORTANT that you are on time.
On weekends, we are only at the office at ‘pick-up’ time and will hold the bikes for 30min, otherwise you may forfeit the hire and there will be no refund.
Very friendly staff and good quality e-bikes for exploring Port Lincoln's surroundings. Its was an amazing experience to ride through the tracks and even riding up to the Winter Hill Lookout, which seemed to be an impossible mission with a standard bike.
Our fleet of Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500 Electric Mountain Bikes are suited to rough terrain or equally excellent for cruising the city streets and paths. Cube is a German manufacturer of bikes with an overwhelming passion for innovation, quality, and meticulous attention to detail. With a range of up to 120km, 12 speeds and 4 assist modes and 250 watts of power you will be cruising effortlessly wherever you go.
Each E-Bike comes with high quality Bosch technology, Cube's quality frames and build process, it's not just a bike with 'a tacked-on motor'. Customised, just for our E-Bikes, are Maxxis Minion tyres for extra wide grip and for handling a range of surfaces. The SR Suntour suspension fork will handle all the bumps, while the powerful Shimano Hydraulic Disc brakes deliver plenty of all-weather stopping power, giving you the ultimate control even in the toughest conditions. Each is fitted with head & tail lights for extra safety, phone bag on the E-Bikes for easy access to your phone and maps, water bottle cage, bike locks and for each rider the required bike helmets.
Information for Bike Riders
To secure you bike please book in advance and full payment made at time of booking. Subject to availability
Riders must be over 13years of age and all bike riders MUST BE competent bike riders. If under 18, must be riding with a parent and prepared for rough terrain.
Riders must sign a Waiver, accepting agreement of hire of E-Bikes and Tour and accepts that bike riding is a dangerous undertaking and has inherent dangers and risks. Accepts that in undertaking such activities, does so at their own risk. All Hirers/Guests authorise Australian Coastal Safaris to charge the nominated credit card to recover costs associated with any damages (negligence) of the E-Mountain Bikes at current Australian recommended retail prices.
What to Bring - Water bottle, sunscreen, appropriate clothing, enclosed shoes.
Upon arrival our ACS office 2/1 Bel-Air Drive, we will go through an E-Bike induction & rules, waiver, fitting etc
