We found this fella basking in the sun today whilst on a little coastal trek. These Shingleback Lizards (commonly known as a Sleepy, Bob or Stumpy Tailed lizard), do not produce their own body heat, and rely on the warmth of their surroundings to raise their body temperature.
So a bit like us, good to see some sunshine & get out & about when the weather is good! ☀️
