Tourism Australia 2019 latest evolution of the long-standing and successful There’s nothing like Australia global campaign has been launched - Philausophy. This campaign signals a shift by bringing world-class experiences together with Australia's people and the characters that live among us, and we all know some of these. It celebrates the shared beliefs that guide how Australians live and enjoy this beautiful country.
To be involved and included as one of the eight Tourism Operators to represent Australia and in our case South Australia, Eyre Peninsula and Port Lincoln is a massive and humbling experience.
As Lunch states “It’s great to be part of Tourism Australia’s new social video series representing South Australia. "I love sharing our incredible natural backyard and friendly local characters with the world. I think that the Australian people are some of our countries greatest assets, and where better than the Eyre Peninsula to pull up a seat next to a laidback Aussie with a fantastic sense of humour?”
On 30 October 2019, Tourism Australia unveiled its new $38 million global campaign, Philausophy. Over three years, the campaign will invite the world Down Under to experience the unique Australian way of life.
They will highlight nine Philausophies - Balanced Lifestyle, Mateship, Sense of Adventure, No Worries Attitude, Storytelling, Boundless Optimism, Generosity of Spirit, The Australian Flavour & Love of Nature.
